Return Policy


SECTION 1- General Return Conditions

AnytimeGift's  policy lasts 10 days for all items. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We must be notified that you wish to return your item at before the end of the 10th day after purchase. Do not send your item back until your request has been confirmed by email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it..

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Downloadable software is non-returnable. Perishable goods also cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If we cannot find your order within our system we will contact you by email or phone to ask for your order receipt to be shipped back with your return.


SECTION 2 - Refunding Money
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund depending on the condition of the item returned. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your method of payment or banking requirements time for credit to show in your account may vary. 

SECTION 3 - Late or Missing Refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SECTION 4 - Sale and Last Chance Items 
Only regular priced items may be returned for a full refund, unfortunately sale items will be refunded at half price. Last chance items cannot be refunded.

SECTION 5 - Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will send you a shipping label.

We are proud of our products and will uphold your right to exchange for product defects. Shipping damage will not be exchanged or refunded.

SECTION 6 - Gifts
If the item was noted as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.


SECTION 7 - Shipping
To return your product, you should email AnytimeGift at and you will receive a shipping label in the mail when your request is received. An email will confirm when your label is on the way, if not received within 3-5 business days then notify and label will be resent.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

However, if the return is a product defect or exchange then return shipping  will be paid by AnytimeGift.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you could vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We also do not guarantee the accountability of your item if product is mailed to business address without the official shipping label sent to you by AnytimeGift.
