1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns with 10 days of purchase. We will also exchange items if there is a craftsmanship defect. Read the full policy in the link below before emailing and then contact us to discuss your options.

2. How long should my item take to ship after ordering?

Shipping times will vary, but your order will be sent out as soon as it is completed. Emails will keep you updated on your order's progress. As our items are not mass produced the craftsman will need time to create your item with care. We aim for reasonable shipping times and if you have any concern on your order timeline please contact us. International shipping will vary. 

 

3. Where can I find your terms of service?

We reserve the right to change our terms of service at anytime and we reserve the right to deny service for any reason. You also agree to not violate our trademarks or reproduce anything found on our site without permission.

 We strive to keep your privacy safe and we will never use any of your information for purposes not related to our website. All your financial information will be sent over secured sites.
